Featuring STN technology with a gray positive display mode (black dots on gray background), it delivers clear, low-glare viewing under any lighting condition. Driven by the high-performance ST7541 controller (COG package), it supports 1/128 duty and 1/12 bias, operates at a low 3.3V logic voltage for minimal power consumption. The standard FPC interface is compatible with 6800/8080-series MPUs for easy system integration. Integrated white LED backlight ensures excellent visibility in low-light environments. Its robust construction and wide operating temperature range make it an ideal display solution for Industrial HMI, portable medical devices, test instruments, and advanced consumer electronics.
